Processing Time All products at Empowerment Palace are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product and print provider availability.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email at care@empowermentpalace.com so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times, as products may be fulfilled by different print providers.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
