Every product at Empowerment Palace is made with intention — printed on demand, just for you. Because each item is custom-made at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

We've Got You If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — we will make it right, no questions asked. That's our promise.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at care@empowermentpalace.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

What We Can't Cover

• Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
• Change of mind after purchase
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched
